Statement from Assemblywoman Mary Pat Angelini on the Corzine Campaign's Baseless, Misleading Health Care Attacks
By Chris Christie ..."With a little more than a week until Election Day, it is time to put aside petty, baseless attacks and focus on issues. Jon Corzine and Loretta Weinberg have attempted to distract New Jerseyans from the Governor's failing record with scare tactics on important and sensitive issues, such as women's health coverage. Their lies are disgusting and inappropriate. Senator Weinberg knows Chris Christie's health insurance plan will give New Jerseyans access to health care, which is why she sponsored a bill creating a similar program. The Corzine campaign must now put aside these misleading attacks and apologize to the voters of New Jersey."
