Caspersen will challenge incumbent Freeholder
By Wally EdgeBedminster Township Committeeman Finn Caspersen, Jr., the heir to the Beneficial Management fortune, is planning to challenge four-term Somerset County Freeholder Peter Palmer in the June Republican primary. Palmer, a former Mayor of Bernardsville, was first elected to the Board of Freeholders in 1996.
