FENTON FOILED AGAIN

(Mount Laurel): The following Statement was released today by Burlington County Democratic Chairman Rick Perr: “Freeholder Fenton’s attempt to hide his record of failing to pay his property taxes and student loans was foiled today. The Democratic radio spot highlighting Freeholder Fenton’s financial issues is on KYW in its entirety. Attached is the copy of the radio spot.” The New Jersey Higher Education Assistance Authority sued Fenton for defaulting on his student loans and obtained a judgment against him. (NJ Superior Court BUR DJ-147039-96) A judgment was filed against Fenton for $420 after he was sued by Slomins, Inc. (NJ Superior Court BUR DJ-90805-99) Fenton also had judgments entered against him for failing to pay his rent and skipping out on his property tax obligations. Fox Meadow Apartments.
