Senator Sean Kean Introduces Resolution to Oppose Ban on Black Sea Bass Fishing

Legislator Contests Imposition of Emergency Ban on Recreational Anglers

Senator Sean Kean introduced a Senate resolution opposing the federal six-month ban on black sea bass fishing beyond three miles of shore. As of October 5, 2009, the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has imposed a ban on the recreational fishing sector harvest in response to a report release by the Marine Recreational Fisheries Statistics Survey that suggested the 2009 federal quota for black sea bass would be surpassed.

“It is unfair to take such a drastic measure and restrict fishermen when other conflicting reports show that the quota for black sea bass will not be exceeded,” he said. “Local anglers should not be punished as a result of this flawed data.”

Why I hate Movement Conservatives

Has Sean Kean ever caught a Sea Bass? Has he ever held it's beautiful black sheen in his hands? Has Sean Kean ever wondered how it is that you can catch the same fish in Alaska as you can off the Jersey shore? Does Sean Kean even know HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR A SEA BASS TO MATURE? (a very, very long time)

I doubt it. Because if he did he would not be pandering to whatever constituency put him up to this. As a boater and the husband of an avid Fisherwoman Sean Kean has done me and my family no favor.

Who is paying him for this legislation

Out politicians for sale by special interest.

Each piece of legislation, not for the interest of the voters but to promote the agenda of special interest and their own political parties.

Say no to more of the same. We finally have a candidate that is not afraid to call these politicians out for what they are.

Chris Daggett nailed Christie and Corzine for corruption in 3rd Debate

You really have to hand it to Chris Daggett. Not only did he stand toe to toe with Jon Corzine and Chris Christie he really nailed it to them in the 3rd NJ  Gubernatorial Debate. Once again, for the third time in a row, I give devate as a win for Daggett.

Chris Daggett handed it to both Christie and Corzine for corruption saying to fight corruption you need to lead by example.

Daggett then cited specific corrupt activities that Christie and Corzine had engaged in, including illegal campaign finance and pay to play, and neither Corzine or Christie could defend themselves.

Instead, Corzine acknowledges that activity is going on and agrees with Daggett that it needs to stop.

Daggett breaks 20% and now polling in the low 20's.
