WITH UNEMPLOYMENT UP, IT'S TIME FOR CAPUTO TO LOSE ONE OF HIS JOBS
Newark-Urban Republican Assembly candidate Andrew Bloschak, a lifelong blue-collar worker, thinks that with New Jersey's unemployment rate surging, that its time that voters hand quadruple-dipping, tax-and spend Assemblyman Ralph Caputo a pink slip from his job representing the 28th District. The latest survey found New Jersey's unemployment accelerating much faster than the nation as a whole.
"Ralph Caputo's insensitivity to working people has never been more clear. While he collects four public paychecks, families in our district deal with the loss of a job. As a General Motors worker whose plant was shuttered by this state's hostile business climate, I understand these issues that our Assemblyman has never had to face. While I advocate for tax credits for business, the creation of a light-rail extension and school choice to train our children for the jobs of tomorrow, Ralph Caputo collects over $100,000 a year from taxpayers to tool around in his Lincoln and be a  complete rubber-stamp for the Democratic bosses in Newark and Trenton. He is not a representative of the people and he is failing to live up to the duties of office. As a dual-office holder, he could not assure any meaningful stimulus funding to create jobs in this district, as he continues to bluff us that he is working for Essex County. If Ralph were in any private-sector job, or even most public jobs, he would be terminated for abandonment of position." Bloschak said.
Bloschak pledged that when elected he would ask for community members and local officials of both parties in all four towns to augment his own ideas about how to solve the unemployment crisis. "I will take action and I will be a very visible part of making New Jersey a state where employment opportunities are as great as the talented workforce we have in this state," Bloschak concluded.
