(CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, October 9) – New Jersey Senate Republican Leader Tom Kean, Jr. joined First Legislative District GOP Assembly nominees Mike Donohue and John McCann today to tour the Cape Regional Medical Center of the Cape May Court House, and then to lunch and greet diners in Cape May Court House.
“Mike Donohue and John McCann are two of the key Republican challengers the Republican Party is counting on to help us turn things around in Trenton,” said Kean, explaining why he traveled to stump with them. “They know that Jon Corzine’s failed tax and spend policies have put this state in a hole, and they know that you can’t change Trenton until you change the PEOPLE in Trenton – and that means we have to elect Chris Christie Governor, and elect Mike Donohue and John McCann to represent the First District.”
“Our Democratic opponents, Nelson Albano and Matt Milam, have spent their time in office doing Jon Corzine’s will,” said Donohue. “Together, they’ve voted for nearly a billion dollars in higher taxes. That’s just not what the residents of the First District need – instead, we need a common sense plan to lower property taxes, shrink government spending, reduce the heavy hand of regulation, and reform the DEP so it works FOR us instead of against us.”
“Now that it’s election time, Nelson and Matt are trying to convince people they don’t even know Jon Corzine,” added McCann. “’Corzine? Corzine who?’ It’d be funny if it weren’t so serious. The voters of the First District should know their record – Nelson Albano and Matt Milam are reliable votes for the Democrats’ Big Government, big spending, high taxing, heavy regulation approach to the economy – the same approach that’s led hundreds of thousands of our neighbors to flee the state, and that’s led us to the worst unemployment in three decades.”
“Sen. Kean’s dad was famous for the New Jersey marketing slogan developed while he was Governor,” Donohue concluded. “Perhaps a slight modification of that memorable slogan says it best: Corzine, Albano and Milam – Perfect Together.”

Kean and Pascoe,both clueless
Maybe the only person who knows the First District voters less than Bill(Lose them all) Pascoe is clueless Tom Kean. Both Milam and Albano have been independent voices for the working families of the District. These two no bodies McKane and Donhue have no idea on how to get things done for the 1st District. You can't fool the people of the 1st District. You can't just come out atelection time and start "talking" about representing them. They can spot a phony. These two republicans are phony.
