Diaz troops optimistic in Perth Amboy

Incumbent Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz is up by 900 votes with a third of the districts still out, according to a source in the Diaz camp.

"We’re cautiously optimistic," said the source. "If it continues to trend like this, we'll be in good shape."
