Eleventh District Assembly Candidate Vin Gopal raised a reported $30,000 in donations last night at an event attended by over 150 guests.

Among those who attended the Monmouth County reception were Senate Majority Leader Barbara Buono (D-18), Assembly Majority Leader Joe Cryan (D-20), Assemblyman Herb Conaway (D-7), Essex County Clerk Chris Durkin, Roselle Mayor-elect Jamel Holley, Lautenberg State Director & Essex County Freeholder Candidate Brendan Gill, Hoboken City Councilman Tim Occipinti, newly elected Hoboken Democratic Chairman Jamie Cryan & other elected officials not from Monmouth.

Monmouth County Democratic Chairman Vic Scudiery and Ocean County Democratic Chairman Wyatt Earp were also in attendance.

Gopal is challenging Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande (R-11) and Assemblywoman Mary Pat Angelini (R-11).
