Republican businessman David Larsen of Tewksbury tonight announced his 2014 candidacy for Congress against Incumbent U.S. Rep. Leonard Lance (R-7) at the RTSP Gun Range in Randolph.
Larsen has twice run against Lance, in 2010 and 2012.
The incumbent beat Larsen 56-31% the first time, and 61-39% the second time.
