AMODEO AND POLISTINA: CORZINE'S ADMINISTRATION STILL NOT VERY CREATIVE FOR WITH JOB GROWTH

AMODEO AND POLISTINA: CORZINE'S ADMINISTRATION STILL NOT VERY CREATIVE FOR WITH JOB GROWTH

N.J.'S UNEMPLOYMENT RATE UP TO 9.8 PERCENT UNDER CORZINE'S WATCH

New Jersey lost 12,700 jobs in September, raising its unemployment rate to 9.8 percent - the state's poorest mark since April 1977.

Noting that New Jersey has lost 168,500 jobs since December 2007, Assemblymen John Amodeo and Vince Polistina, both R-Atlantic, said it is clear that Governor Corzine's economic policies do not create jobs.

"There are media reports today about a memo urging the top administration officials to 'be creative' and tout Governor Corzine's job growth, but there is not enough imagination in the world to portray his economic record as an asset for New Jersey," Amodeo said. "We need officials to focus on creating jobs, instead of trying to disguise the governor's failed policies."

Amodeo and Polistina represent Atlantic County whose casino industry has been devastated during Governor Corzine's administration. The county's unemployment is 11.8, the second-worst rate in the state.

"We have offered several proposals from a sales tax holiday to jump start the economy to long-range reform of the state's stifling tax and business climate, but it's clear the Governor prefers political strategy to the job creation that New Jersey residents so sorely need," Polistina said. "If the governor wants to be creative, he should work with us to reverse the poor economic path he has led us down."

Say no to Christie and Corzine. Vote Daggett

Don't by that GOP non-sense that Daggett is a plant funded by Corzine.

Fact is Daggett has no funds at all.

Futhermore, Chris Daggett nailed Christie and Corzine for corruption in 3rd Debate

You really have to hand it to Chris Daggett. Not only did he stand toe to toe with Jon Corzine and Chris Christie he really nailed it to them in the 3rd NJ  Gubernatorial Debate. Once again, for the third time in a row, I give this as a notch for Daggett.

Chris Daggett handed it to both Christie and Corzine for corruption saying to fight corruption you need to lead by example.

Daggett then cited specific corrupt activities that Christie and Corzine had engaged in, including illegal campaign finance and pay to play, and neither Corzine or Christie could defend themselves.

Instead, Corzine acknowledges that activity is going on and agrees with Daggett that it needs to stop.
