Allen attacks Paulsen in pre-election public fight

Is this a coup de theater on the part of Allen? After all, she has taken thousands in campaign contributions from Boss Paulsen (and his wife and Capehart/Scatchard, his firm), Paulsen has been her chief political adviser, and Paulsen is an old high school chum who rose through the ranks of pay-to-play and nepotism as Allen became an Assemblywoman, then senator. They have been bedfellows since day one.

This little letter reveals little more than a disorganized county organization and a campaign that seems to be desperate for funds. One wonders how anyone could support Allen after she refuses to debate Dennison, refuse even reply back to a Willingboro teacher's group that requested a meeting, and she refused to support stem cell funding or clean needle exchange. One also wonders if she knows her way around district 7 anymore since she has been absent for so long from her district and its constituent needs.

I hope the above statement was by someone on the dem payroll, the only other reason for it could be downright ignorance. Tying candidates to bosses seems to be a common theme this cycle, but Dennison seems to think that people who support Paulsen won't vote for Senator Allen. MartinOne, are you saying you agree or disagree with his above statement?

Do you have any idea how stupid that picture is? Anyway, your empty posts are indicative of your empty HQ. Where are all the volunteers? All exiled, right? Amazing how everyone who has ever been successful is "exiled" and you are left with the garbage. How's that kool-aid taste?

Make no mistake about it, Allen's letter is just the first shot at the corrupt individuals at HQ. There is more, much more, to come. To see all the Dems try to spin this against Diane and tie her to Paulsen is completely absurd, she's taking him head on! This is the same woman that fought CBS and won; Paulsen is no match for her and he knows it.  Tonight marks the first of many where all the lights are on at HQ, entrenched in an "emergency meeting." Three amigos: your days are numbered and the insurgency is growing by the day. Diane is leading the charge for right-minded Republicans who are willing to fight to restore integrity to the GOP and end the corruption once and for all.  Your days are over Paulsen, you are a has-been, and we think you have padded your pockets at our expense long enough. Layton, Russell: pack your things and go quietly or suffer a very humiliating, and VERY public, kick to the curb.

Here we go, maybe a little proof that Allen doesn't approve of what is going on in the 8th huh? Look pretty dumb, don't you. Paulsen is desperate to get money into the 8th because he knows he is facing a loss in a couple of weeks. Addiego, Haines and Rudder have made fools out of Paulsen and the district the GOP has held for decades.

Diane Allen should be commended, and if you read the article from the Courier Post, this letter obviously was not meant to be released, but it got out anyway. She wasn't trying to divide the party, only stand up for what she thought she was entitled to. She had the balls to stand up to Paulsen, unlike Haines who sat there like a lap dog while they posted his name and photograph to a despicable mailer that he now wishes wouldn't have been mailed.

There is much to come in the next couple of weeks I bet. I think we haven't even seen the tip of the iceberg and now the GOP is horribly divided 2 weeks out, not a good sign. But you know what, maybe if Phil had a pair of balls, and Rudder had a brain, they would have made a better showing.

Glenn Paulsen claims he made a donation to Senator Allen for $7,800 for her Primary election campaign.

A check of Sen. Allen's ELEC reports though showed that Glenn made no such donation....

It is on the men marching with guns and all the posts that had anything to do with Riley and Bodine.

You know and others know that many dems on here make remarks then refuse to back them up. Sorry, but some people would like to know where the substance is especially since this person did say that Diane is angry with the 8th Distrcit GOP for bashing tracy riley.

see pablos, did you go back and read the comment as i did? that person did not say allen was angry with the 8th district gop for bashing riley, the comment said that she disagrees with the gop use of the particular topic of her husband representing mr. duka. the post also doesn't say anything about a "public" statement by allen, nor does it say that allen supports riley over her own party. you guys are making this stuff up as you go along and its crazy.

Boss Paulsen helping himself to the campaign funds can't be a harbinger of good things to come on November 6th. The Burlington County Republican Party is doing everything in their power to throw this election away. The most addicting drugs of all...money, greed, and power are finally doing them in. Thank God ! The people of Burlington County deserve better and it looks like they are finally going to get it !!
