TRENTON – Acting Governor Richard J. Codey today signed the following bills into law:

A-2013 (Bateman,Chivukula) – Revises membership of the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange board.
 A-3377/S-2112 (Giblin, Greenstein/Lesniak, Sarlo) – Permits oaths, affirmations and affidavits to be taken by certified court reporters.Â
A-3633/S-2401 (Schaer, Munoz/Sarlo, Weinberg) – Requires hospital trustees to undergo training approved by DHSS.Â

S-339/A-3405 (Bark, Allen/Chivukula, Greenstein, Thompson, Chatzidakis) – Upgrades tampering generally; upgrades tampering with prescribed medicine to second-degree crime under certain circumstances.Â

S-1833/A-3796 (Lesniak/Caraballo, Chivukula) – Requires certain continuing education for newly licensed accountants.Â

S-2483/A-2318 (Codey/McKeon, Hackett) – Provides reimbursement of expenses for board of trustees for pension funds of school district employees in first class counties.

SJR 24/AJR 131 (Turner/Watson Coleman, Stanley, Greenstein) – Designates March of each year as "Gifted and Talented Students Month" in New Jersey.Â
