Senator Jennifer Beck today issued the following statement about Sunday’s $1 million Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park:
“Monmouth Park Racetrack is the location for some of the top horse racing in the country and Sunday’s Haskell Invitational is Monmouth Park’s richest purse. This weekend will showcase top level horses and riders from around the country. The excitement has been building for months and it culminates on Sunday. I hope folks will come out to enjoy the races and the aura that that has enthralled fans for decades.”
