
Essex County Freeholder Brendan Gill of Montclair, state director for U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), leveraged his contacts at the federal level to fundraise in Washington, D.C. last night.
Chief of staffs from Lautenberg, Pallone, Holt, Pascrell, in addition to the former chief of staff from Payne's office all attended.
Other guests included Tim Yehl, former Pallone and Lautenberg chief of staff, and a few DC lobbying shops and political consulting firms.
Turnout for the event even included a surprise appearance by U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-9), sources told PolitickerNJ.com.
