
Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramick (R-21) has replaced Assemblyman Robert Schroeder with Assemblywoman Nancy Munoz (R-21) as deputy whip.
Bramnick last week stripped Schroeder of his leadership positions in acknowledgement of the Bergen assemblyman’s indictment last year on check kiting charges.
Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande (R-11) will assume the duties of co-chair of the policy committee.
Secretary of State Kim Guadagno issued a final decision late today in which she affirmed on all counts the June 18 decision of Administrative Law Judge Edward Delanoy, ordering that Alieta Eck be placed on the ballot for the August 13th United States Senate special election primary.
