Source: James running for East Orange council seat

Chris James, chief of staff for Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver (D-34), is running for an East Orange council seat on the organization ticket, according to an Essex County source.

James is running with mayoral candidate Lester Taylor, law partner of former Gov. Jim Florio.
