Morris County GOP Chairman John Sette today said he received an additional name from a candidate interested in the Clerk’s position to be vacated by the retirement of veteran Joan Bramhall.
Longtime Jefferson Twp. Councilman Michael Sanchelli (pictured) wants a crack at the seat.
The Daily Record this morning reported the additional declared interest in the job of Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll (R-25), Freeholder Doug Cabana, and Freeholder Ann F. Grossi.
A source close to Morris politics said former Freeholder William Chegwidden also may be interested in the position but only if ally Cabana does not run.
