The Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee released bill A2277, which increases fines for failure to keep right unless overtaking; and establishes a fund to pay for certain signage.
In addition, the panel also approved these bills:
A945: A bill that allows a person with diabetes to voluntarily make a notation on the driver's license.
A2673: A bill that prohibits manufacture, sale, or possession of synthetic marijuana.
