Senator Joe Kyrillos (R-Monmouth) today took his weeklong survey of Hurricane Sandy devastation into Ocean County. He will also travel to Gloucester, Camden and Salem counties
Senator Kyrillos today brought blankets and surgical masks from a Middletown Boy Scout Troop and ice to Union Beach and met in Holmdel with community leader Carl Williamson, head of the Gateway Church of Christ, which was able to gather $90,000 worth of relief supplies from a Tennessee-based disaster relief organization.
“I give my perpetual support and solace to families that have lost so much from this historic hurricane,” Kyrillos said. “While dealing with this disaster proves to be difficult and frustrating, I am devoted to helping people around this state cope and rebuild. Their resilience to restore strength and normalcy at home and in communities is inspiring.”
