Senator Kevin O’Toole (R-40) renewed his call for the Democrat Majority to immediately schedule a vote on bipartisan legislation that grants the governor veto power over minutes of the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, North and South Jersey District Water Supply Commissions and all agencies and authorities.
“Governor Christie has shown that this is about being proactive in protecting the public trust, taxpayers and their money,” O’Toole said. “Under the direction of the Governor, it has been proven that bloated bureaucracies such as the PSVC can be controlled.”
