When asked where the stolen taxpayer money went, Mr Barsa said "I dont know, and it wasnt taxpayer money, it was State funds".
As a Taxpayer and life long Weehawken resident , I am demanding accountability. Who was responsible for allowing this theft. Ritchard Barsa should resign, Lisa Toscano should resign, James Marchetti should Retire. Their salaries should pay for the Raises you have been promising the rank and file Weehawken employees for years. My buddies at the WPD tell me the money is in the Cayman Islands. Go get My money. Stop paying Ghost workers to sit at home.
My name is Joseph Mendez and I support this message.
