Driscoll concedes

Republican John Driscoll, hoping to unseat incumbent Democrat Bob Gordon in the 38th District Senate race, has conceded the race.

An emotional Driscoll said he called Gordon to extend his congratulations.

"I want to thank you all and tomorrow the sun will come up and we will move on and go forward," Driscoll said.
